Custom 3D Product Modelling
When you're specifying a piece that doesn't exist in any 3D model library, i.e. a custom sofa, a specific tile pattern, a bespoke light fixture, a client's existing furniture, I build it from scratch. The model is created specifically for your project and used directly in your renders.
This is the detail that takes a render from almost right to exactly right.
Built from reference photos, spec sheets, or product pagesAccurate to real-world proportions, materials, and finishesCreated specifically for your project and used in your rendersDelivered as part of your final render package
This is an add-on service. Standalone models available on request

BEFORE YOU REACH OUT
A few questions I hear often.
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Send me a message at hello@cindykrauklis.com, and I’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days.
GETTING STARTED
-
Not at all. You just send me your project details and I handle all the technical work on my end. No software knowledge needed.
-
I work in SketchUp, Chief Architect, Coohom, D5Render, Mydoma and Photoshop. If you already have files in one of these formats, great — if not, I can work from hand-drawn sketches, PDFs, photos, or whatever you have available. You don't need to own or understand any of these programs to work with me.
-
I'll need a floor plan or hand-drawn sketch with clearly written dimensions, photos of the project space or inspiration images, and your furniture and finish specifications. Download my free Welcome Guide — it includes a project preparation checklist and a spreadsheet I've created to help you organise everything before we begin.
-
The easiest way is to use the project spreadsheet included in my Welcome Guide — fill it out and send it back along with your files. A detailed PDF with links or access to your project file on Google/Dropbox works just as well . Once you reach out I'll confirm exactly what I need for your specific project and walk you through it from there.
-
Send me a message at hello@cindykrauklis.com and tell me what you're looking for. I'm happy to discuss your project and let you know if it's something I can help with.
PROCESS & TIMING
-
I work on a first-come, first-served basis. Typical turnaround for a first draft is 2–10 business days depending on the complexity of your project. Please keep in mind that unexpected delays can occur. I always prioritize quality over speed. Once you give final approval, your finished files are delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
-
I send you a first draft and we go back and forth with feedback until you're completely happy. There's no limit on revisions but please be aware all time is billed hourly. The preliminary draft stage is specifically designed for this, so don't hesitate to share your feedback.
-
I want you to love your renders. There will be plenty of opportunity to make changes during the draft and revision stages. That's what they're there for. If something still isn't right after final delivery, please let me know as soon as possible and I'll do my best to make it right.
PRICING & BILLING
-
All services are billed hourly. The total cost of a project depends heavily on its complexity, the number of scenes, the level of detail, and the amount of revision time involved. Download my free Welcome Guide on this page for full pricing details.
-
Depending on the service, a retainer may be required before work begins. For longer projects, invoices are issued bi-weekly until the project is complete. Final deliverables are sent as soon as payment confirmation is received. You'll always receive your invoice before your final files.
-
Once final payment is confirmed, you'll receive a link to download your branded, high-resolution renderings and all other deliverables. You can then download and keep your own copies.
QUALITY & ACCURACY
-
I do my best to recreate your designs as closely as possible. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of 3D rendering, the final product may not be 100% accurate to every detail. When an identical model or texture can't be sourced, I'll use a suitable alternative that's similar in size, style, and representation. I'll flag it during the draft review so there are no surprises. Renderings and models are conceptual and are not considered construction documents.
-
A floor plan is a view from above. It shows the room layout, walls, doors, windows, and furniture placement. An elevation is a straight-on view of a wall. It shows cabinetry heights, tile layouts, built-in shelving, and anything else that needs to be communicated visually before it's built.
-
No. Floor plans and elevations are produced as presentation drawings for design communication only. They are not architectural or engineering documents. All measurements must be independently verified by a qualified professional before any construction or permitting use. Client accepts full responsibility for confirming accuracy.
360°, 720° TOURS & VIDEO WALKTHROUGHS
-
A 360° view is a single panoramic image. Your client can look in all directions from one fixed point in the room. A 720° tour connects multiple views together so your client can actually move through the space and navigate from room to room, as if walking through it.
-
Tours are delivered as a shareable link or QR code you send directly to your client . No app or special software needed on their end. Video walkthroughs are delivered as a video file ready to include in your client presentation or proposal.
